Supervise.
Imagine if you could place a supervisor behind every computer user on your
network to ensure they stayed on task and did not perform actions which were
deemed inappropriate. What if you could do that in a cost-effective manner
without violating the users privacy? Network Enforcer is a revolutionary
new form of network trust and security software which will do just that!
While running invisibly on every computer in your network, Network Enforcer
watches each and every action users perform on their computers and reacts
accordingly based on pre-determined behaviors which you have deemed
inappropriate. With Network Enforcer you can apply filters to every
computer on your network, or only specific computers, giving you total control
over what actions can and cannot take place.
Network Enforcer does not record every action your users perform like
traditional monitoring software, rather, it only logs events which trigger
filters you have set on those computers. For example, if a user sends an
email with an unauthorized attachment, Network Enforcer will only log data
relevant to that email and the events with it. Gone are the days of
searching through endless amount of user logs trying to find unwanted actions
and behaviors. Network Enforcer assumes your computer users are
trustworthy and will only watch and take action for the unwanted behaviors you
tell it to.
Network Enforcer supervises and allows you to filter the following behaviors
:
 |
|
Programs Executed Network Enforcer will watch every application
and program ran by your users and react accordingly along with the program name,
time, and date. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Website Visits Network Enforcer will watch every website your
users visit and act accordingly based on your filters. Network Enforcer
works with all popular browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla,
Opera, AOL, and Netscape. |

File and Document Usage Network Enforcer will watch over and
respond to every file action that occurs on your computers - including file
creations, modifications, deletions, and openings. Even if a portable
thumb drive is used, Network Enforcer will watch over its use to prevent data
theft. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Email Activities Network Enforcer will watch over all POP3 and
SMTP email activity and will instantly notify you if emails are sent outside of
your network domain, contain specific recipients, senders, or domains as well as
containing certain subjects and insecure / unwanted attachments. |

|
|
 |
|
Keystroke Phrases Typed Network Enforcer will watch over each and
every keystroke typed on the computer. If a certain keyword or phrase such

Restrict.
When Network Enforcer sees a user violating any of the filters you have set
from the list above it can instantly stop and shutdown the action in violation
along with notifying you of the unwanted behavior. For example, if a user
has typed one of the keyword phrases set in the filters it will automatically
shutdown the behavior be that an email, website, program, and so forth.
Network Enforcer is also customizable so it can be set to instantly stop more
severe behavior violations while allowing others to occur a defined number of
times before an response from Network Enforcer occurs.
Network Enforcer allows you to block and restrict the following activities

Respond.
Network Enforcer categorizes all behavior filters under three security
levels, allowing you to be alerted when a user has violated a handful of
lesser, low security behavior filters, or when a user has violated a single high
security filter. Network Enforcer's security thresholds allow you to take
action and respond to immediate high security threats, while allowing you to be
alerted otherwise only when users are repeatedly violating a number of low
security filters.
Network Enforcer has various response actions that kick in immediately when a
user violates enough behavior filters to meet a security level's threshold.
Network Enforcer's management software allows you to react instantly by issuing
remote administration commands to the violating computer, in realtime.
Network Enforcer can directly respond to an action in the following ways
:
 |
|
Alert you in Realtime if Filters are Violated Network Enforcer can
alert you via the Network Enforcer management interface in realtime by telling
you what user and computer triggered an event, and what security level the event
was so you can respond instantly via the remote administration commands within
Network Enforcer. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Instantly Lockdown, Shutdown, Restart, or Logoff the Computer
Network Enforcer can react immediately on its own when a security threshold has
been met and will lockdown the computer so the user cannot do anything at all
further on the machine. It can also shutdown, restart, or logoff the user. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Email an Alert Message when Filters are Violated Network Enforcer
can email you, or a list of recipients you specify, immediately when a security
threshold has been met. Even if you are off-site of your network you can
be alerted instantly. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Alert the User they have Violated a Behavior Filter Network
Enforcer can alert the user instantly when they have violated a behavior filter
and they should refrain from doing so again. The message is customizable
and can be set to what you wish. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Respond via Realtime Remote Administration Commands Network
Enforcer allows you to respond via various remote administration commands in the
Network Enforcer interface. These commands allow you to send a message to
a computer (or all computers on your network at once), lock / unlock a computer,
shutdown, reboot, or logoff a computer and view the desktop of the remote
computer in realtime. |

Report.
Network Enforcer has built-in reporting tools that create easy-to-read
portable behavior reports that can be printed and presented. Ranging from brief
network-wide computer behavior summaries, to in-depth behavior filter alert
reports broken down by security levels, Network Enforcer can quickly create the
reports you need for protecting your network. All reports are able to be
customized with custom searches and date filtering.
Network Enforcer can create the following reports
:
 |
|
Complete or Brief Overview of all Network Computers Network
Enforcer can can create a brief report of each computer along with the number of
filters violated or a complete report detailing each computer in your network
and every filter violated by each - all tying it together with a table of
contents for easy navigation. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Most Active Computers Network Enforcer can report the most active
computers in your network based on the number of violations each has. The
report will rank the computers based on the total number of filter violations
they have. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Security Level Reports for all or Individual Computers Network
